Income is calculated based on your cottage's occupancy share each financial year. Payments are made quarterly directly to your registered bank account, along with a detailed occupancy and revenue statement.
Yes — Gold and Platinum memberships are fully transferable. You can sell or gift your membership to a family member or third party. Our team assists with the transfer documentation at a nominal fee.
Our resort management team handles everything — housekeeping, maintenance, guest check-ins, and quality upkeep. You simply own, earn, and enjoy. There are zero operational responsibilities on your end.
Simply inform us at least 7 days in advance. Your stay nights are reserved exclusively for you and are not put into the booking pool. We ensure the cottage is freshly prepared for your arrival.
